- High level of computer literacy, and the ability to learn and work within existing systems efficiently; familiarity with Slack, Asana, and Excel is a plus, but not required
- In-depth familiarity with construction sites and the general order of operations on construction projects, professionally or otherwise, is preferred but not required
- A strong sense of civic pride and a desire to improve the City of St. Louis
- Minimum of three years experience doing something interesting
Perks
- Monthly stipend towards the mental or physical health services of your choosing, including gym memberships, therapy, acupuncture, yoga, life coaching, massages, and/or health insurance ($150/month)
- Annual budget to spend-on-the-street and support fellow Cherokee businesses at your discretion ($250/year)

- This project is slated to last 11 to 12 months, beginning in October 2024; opportunities to expand the role to a permanent (but still part-time) position after project completion may exist for the right candidate
