*Nearly all of our residential spaces are located in multifamily buildings, which enforce a strict “no dogs” rule. But dogs do rule, so we want to make sure that this home is available to one of the many dog-friendly inquiries that we get throughout the year. Yes, we are serious – the rental application has a spot to upload a photo of your canine companion. And no, this is not our most unusual requirement (that honor goes to the “strange things” clause, which exists in the leases for our ground-level residential spaces).
