Rental rates will vary based on lease length; pricing is available on an event-basis (through Treffpunkt) or for a monthly rate. For events, security deposit is equal to $500 or 50% of the rental fee, whichever is greater; for leases of 1-month or longer, security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. All monthly rental rates reflect a $75/mo discount for paying rent via ACH / wire transfer on the first of the month. The Sanctuary has limited temperature control as it does not have a dedicated HVAC system, and may not be available during certain months of the year.
